Victoria One: Christopher Bishop, Polly Higbee, Stephen Whittington Victoria Two: Kathy Scott-Dowell, Kathy Errington, Richard D’Ath Victoria Three: Emily Bruce, Jenna Raeburn, Seb Templeton Adjudicators: Sayeqa Islam, Nigel Smith, Brent Perry
I'm told that Sydney are using their powers combined to summon Captain Chapman for their trials, so I assume he'll be able to tell us their teams after he selects them.

Apparently there is a good chance alex chapman may be pulling out so monash 2 could very well include the lovely DC aka Duncan Campbell. Go Duncan.

Thanks Gem. Although Chapman hasn't pulled out, we've moved our teams around so that I'm now with Finky Winky and Erica on Melbourne 2 (not Monash 2, though I'm touched you think I'm so close to MAD). Melb 3 is Alex Chapman, Sam Naparstek and Simin Ngan.

Just in case there's some lurkers wondering:
Monash 1 - Victor, Kiran, Sashi Monash 2 - Ravi, Nita, Damien Monash 3 - Mel Birch, Madeline, Jing Monash 4 - Jeffrey, Rhys, Kat
Adjudicators - Sonnreich, Tom, Jake, Fi, Julian, Colette and hopefully a few more.
Anyone got word on UQ, Sydney, etc?

UQ 1: Tom Gole, Evan Goldman and Lauren Humphrey UQ 2: Nihal, Rob Forsaith, Kavita
Speaking to David Loughran (Ateneo Convener) there is some chance Sharmila and Charisse might debate for Ateneo, but not confirmed yet.

Sad news from Canberra is that ANU won't be sending anyone to Australs at all!
Happier news is that Pat Moody will apparently be spearheading a CPSU team at ADAM! Presumably they'll be pretty strong on all the 'more pay for public servants' topics.

Wow, so only 5 or 6 Aussie Unis are coming.
Melbourne, Monash, UQ, Sydney, UTS, UWA (1 adjudicator I believe, though need to confirm)
Record Low.

Well according to an email sent out a couple of days ago, I saw that Maq and ANU were down for a team and an adjudicator each... still, even if they come, it'll be a pretty low turnout from Australia.

Believe it or not, its actually not a record low. In 2003 5 aussie unis sent 12 teams to KL.
Of course, that was the year of SARS, the Iraq invasion and Australs overlapping with exams for most unis.

im quite certain anu are not sending a team.
this could be the first tournament in asia/australia for a couple of years where monash doesnt have the largest contingent, or close to the largest contingent..
