Perhaps the 'Slagging Off Sashi' board should have a section devoted to insulting the now-youngest member of the club, Kiran, who only recently turned 17 at Australs?

Hmm, I'll have to consult Kiran and Sashi on this one, but it seems pretty appropriate.
Meanwhile, I spent a fair while last night trying to find a freeware avi-gif converter that actually works and crashed my computer about 5 times with shithouse versions that would be better described as viruses than programs. If anyone has a program that works I'll email you the original file.
